For those of you who are interested in our vision here is a semi detailed outline.
Goals: Three principles of Ministry: Love God, Love People, and Love Mercy.

Three basic areas of Vision:

•  Upward vision
(worship and honoring Him)
•  Inward vision (the Local Church discipling and encouraging it's members)
•  Outward vision (the Church reaching out through it's members both local and worldwide, commissioning them to go out).

Local Ministry

► A personal church where each member can relate in a relaxed, warm and personal atmosphere.

► An emphasis on meeting people’s needs. We are called to encourage and building up one another.

► Cross cultural in nature and attitude.

► Living worship atmosphere.

     •  Worship is very important! We  long to bring people into a personal and corporate worship experience that will deepen         their relationship with God.

     • Training and mentoring worship teams.

►  Public meetings for outreach, training and encouragement.

     • Not  teaching only but training and mentoring of each member, actively encouraging them in coming into their gifts and        callings.

     • Positive evangelistic outreaches into the community.

World Outreach

►  Very important aspect of our vision!

►  Active missions outreaches

     • Not only ministry team but members of church involved.

►  Supporting native pastors and works.

Church Planting

► Active training and commissioning of Church planting teams.

     • Training and mentoring of five fold ministry teams.

►  We prefer to start many new churches instead just having one large church, so we do not lose that personal contact and       relationship that is essential among the members.  This would also allow:

     • More people involved in ministry!

     • Easier to maintain  personal contact  with members

     • More efficient  in practical ways as well as  reaching more areas

     • We feel that one of the most important responsibilities of a leader is to impart, recognize, encourage and mentor        gifting.

     • This is also the training for church planting teams.

Active Missions Agenda

► We have a vision of supporting local churches all over the world.

     • Support means by:

        · Going there and teaching and encouraging

        ·  Financial help (We presently set aside 20% of the money that comes into the church for local and foreign mission            work)

        ·  Sending members of the church on short term mission trips

        ·  Crusades

    • On certain nights a special coffee house for young people called “The Net”
